Deli Tray
Fresh sliced assortment or black forest ham, pan roasted turkey and medium rare roast beef
accompanied by Swiss, Monterey jack and provolone cheese slices. Served with fresh baked
rolls, lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Mayonnaise and mustard provided for spreading.

Sandwich Tray
An assortment of three varieties of ready made sandwiches trayed up and waiting to be
eaten. Just add mayo or mustard & lunch is served. Served with chips.

Perk & Pub House: mixed greens with roma tomatoes, green peppers, onions, our own
blend of cheeses and croutons with your choice of two dressings.
Traditional Caesar: fresh chopped romaine tossed with delicious ceasar dressing,
